Got a line on a '88 turbo S with just over 30k miles. The car has Weltmeister sways (ft & rear), a "Proto" (?) computer chip and software with the stock turbocharger, producing 305HP. Aluminum control arms. New brake rotors and pads. The stock leather (not sport)seats are perfect (they were out of the car for recaros). Car also has new michelin pilots, new timing belt, hoses, etc. Original clutch. Seller also has stock factory chip.

Seller asking $21k, which is high, but how high? Please don't quote Bruce Anderson (I love Bruce, but this is a very low mileage turbo S and worth somewhat more than average '88 turbo S).

Forgot to mention, paint and bodywork is untouched, all original and in excellent overall condition (no dings, scratches, etc.).

Seller intended to use as a track car, but thought it was too nice to beat on.

 

Id prob pay 16-18k. Sounds like an awesome car.
If everything is perfect like it sounds.
Id be willing to pay more for a car that is perfect w/ 30k on the clock.
