Post Where does the hose on Blow off valve go?

I was just wondering where the hose that goes out of the top of the blow off valve go too. I can see that it goes under the intake manifold.

When i first bought my car, the hose wasnt connected to anything. It was just sitting under my manifold. So long story short where should it be attached too. Also what does this hose do?

It should be tied into your manifold vacume lines. Redo all your lines, if that one is off somethine else is off or leaking too. And it makes the blow off valve work, and not jolt the $(*%*%& out of your turbo every time you shift.

It should run to a "T" off of the manifold that also goes to the fuel pressure dampener.

Ok. This is messed up then. This is what i got:
From the manifold i have 2 small vacuum lines running off of the manifold on a bolt. One line is oarnge looking and runs probably to the KLR. The other one goes to a black connection where 2 other lines go into the triangular looking circle.
One of the connections runs to the Fuel pressure regulator and the other line runs to another black connection where 2 other lines go into another triangular looking circle.
Now one line runs to the second fuel pressure regulator and the other runs around the engine compartment to a weird white looking "thing" by the fuse box.

Now where in the hell am i suppose to have this line that comes off of the blow off valve. Please help me. Thanks

Thanks so much. I guese just route it to the Fuel pressure regulator. I hope this is right. Any other suggestions out there?

Just an FYI, if you're looking from the front of the car...the fuel thingy farthest from you is the fuel pressure regulator, the one thats closer is the damper (yup, the name fits...it dampens spikes in fuel pressure).

If you T it into the FPR you should be good to go. If your BOV (actually a compressor bypass valve, CBV) is in good working order, you should feel the boost pickup faster after shifts. It's common for them to fail, check for a torn diaphragm by visual or sucking on the vac line off the top...hehe.
