Loosing Boost
I do not seem to be getting a full boost from my turbo, although it appears to be spooling up fine. Could it be that the Wastegate is opening too soon??

Could you describe your boost "profile"? WOT in 3rd gear you start building boost (needle goes past 1 bar mark on boost guage) at x rpm and boost peaks at x psi holding (or dropping) to redline, etc.

Russ, all of those are good questions that I cannot answer at this time. Will try to follow up with facts. However, there is bad weather in Houston today.
