Someone emailed me and we made a deal on a LBE that he had an extra, uninstalled, but openned. Since we made the deal, my computer crashed and I lost all info. IF ANYONE HERE IS THIS PERSON EMAIL ME! We made a deal for $50 plus shipping for the LBE. If I can't find the guy and he never emails me back, I'm in the market again.. so if someone's got one available, let me know. I'd like to keep it around $50.. and hopefully new, or very shortly used.
Thanks

I have one I don't need any more and 50 is fine. I still have all the packaging and instructions( not that its hard to install) and can ship the day I get a check.( Sorry but I still haven't gotten around to a paypal acct. yet)

I also have some A.P.E.chips for sale if you're interested, 160 would do it for those. they are the 24 pin versions (I think thats what the earlier turbo dme/klrs were)

I have a set of chips for sale as well. They were in my car when I got them. The chips say Autothority on them and have part # 951.020.200 on them. The previous owner told me they were stage 2 chips when I bought the car 7 months ago and were not that old. Just want to get rid of them make me an offer.

Yeah, but my stage two chips are better!! they must be they say v2.7 on them. No really, they are the 24 pin variety and are stage 2 with banjo bolt , but I'm waiting for a check now as I have a tentative deal on them.

Well, I looked in my DME/KLR to find out and make sure I've got stock chips since I just bought the car and it feels fast... like faster than it should.. but I couldn't figure out how to crack open the two boxes once I got them out of the car! what the ? any help?

There are little fingers that wrap around the bottom of the DME/KLR that holds the cover on. Gently pry them up and unwrap them from the bottom, then the top comes off. There are two circuit boards inside held together by some posts. Put a small screwdriver on the split end of the post and twist a little to separate the boards. Then just unfold them to look at the chips.
The KLR boards have an extra pin that holds them together. You'll see a little black button on the bottom of the KLR box. Pull out the center pin in this button and it will help release the top board in the KLR box. Then pry apart the posts holding the boards together and that's it.

Dave E your chips are the emission complaint chips and don't yield as much HP as the older Autothority Varity as they had to comply with emissions that’s why they were required to revise them in order to keep selling them!! So technically in terms of HP mine are "better"!!
