Post changing turbo

hello everyone, well, first let me say that i am new to porsche. i have an 86 944t. the guy i bought it from installed arc2 chips, a fuel regulator with monitor at the end of the fuel rail, a manual boost control, k&n air filter and some performance brake system(?). with that in mind, i have a friend that'll hook me up with a t3 turbo, will it fit in the car i have also it's just a turbo nothing else, will i be able to use the air pum from the old one and will ihave to do any modifications other than straight swap? will it even benefit my car to do this?
thank you very much for all of your inputs

Most likely it won't fit. Unless it's got a customized exhaust flange to fit up to the 951 downpipe. Also a T3 is a bit small for the 951.
