Anyone have a sequence(Build) order for re-installing Front Suspension
A Arms are already installed ( never removed)
I was thinking ...???
1- ABS sensors on Spindles
2- Spindles
3- Tie Rods ( connect to Spindles )
4- Brake Disc Shield Plates
5- Struts ( connect to spindle )
6- Bearings and Hubs
7- Brake Rotors
8- Brake Calipers
9- Brake lines and ABS connected
10-Sway Bars
Please give me your take on this...
Thanks in advance guys
Regards
Ed

I believe the way I did it was:
1 - Install control arms (You, of course, don't have to)
2 - Install spindle onto control arm
3 - Install strut and attach to spindle
4 - Attach tie rods to strut
5 - Install brake shield
6 - Install hub, set front wheel bearings to spec
7 - Install brake disc
8 - Install caliper
9 - Connect brake lines and install ABS sensor
10 - Connect sway bar
If you like you can give me a call and we can talk about it over the phone.
Good luck!

I knew I could get a laugh this morning! Thanks Tom!
Ed, most of us go through a fire drill much like Tom describes in his service manual addendum. Hopefully yours will go together without fanfare.
