The body harness is different on the 968. I'm converting my 16v S to a turbo and I discovered this. I used this site in addition to some wiring diagrams: http://members.rennlist.com/tholyoak...wap_wiring.htm
The trick is matching up the body harness to the engine harness. Here are some electrical diagrams that I wrote notes on.
16 valve
8 valve turbo
I had to swap pins around on the coupler to make certain engine signals connect properly.
