Default Turbo swap parts list - anyone have a good one?

No good hits with search.

Swapping out a 26/6 for a 27/6. Looking for a list of the standard but misc gaskets, bolts, etc you should have on hand.

Gold star if you have a list of 27/6 specific parts such as low profile thermo sensors, etc.

Thanks!

intake gaskets and all of the associated silicone vac lines etc that you might as well do while there venturi delete. gaskets for downpipe as well as inlet from crossover pipe. I bent my water line when I still had mine for clearance. Also need a new inlet pipe to fit the much larger inlet on the k27. I had a diesel one on mine with the #6 hotside.

+1. You might want to also do your AOS seals, dipstick seal, turbo drain seal, turbo oil line seal, have some crush washers for the water pipe, and new hardware for mounting the turbo. You can count on replacing a few of the hose clamps as well.

Here's one I used. Obviously the ISV and TB reseal aren't necessary for the turbo, just while-I'm-in-there parts.

Jeff,

Somewhere in here I have a complete parts list, with vendors and part numbers for the 27/6 swap.

As well as a supplemental list with 'while your in there' items. I'll see if I can find it.

Rennbay has a great exhaust/turbo hardware kit if you want all fresh nuts and bolts to go back in (and you do).
