My 87 can hold 13-15 at redline. This is a stock car save chips and the wastegate shimmed. my cycling valve is drilled too, of course.

Consider Milledge Engineering. Jon has a kit that is bolt-on for 951's, that develops 360 H/P or thereabouts. His website is JMEngines.com. Jon is on the East coast, not known well in CA. He has a number of his motors on the track at any time. He has impeccable integrity.

Still have stock chips though.
