Most of the pictures that I see don't have adjusters like this. Am I missing something? I can get the lower collar to move but the round seat one won't move at all and there isn't like...anything to put a grip on since it's completely round. I'm guessing it's supposed to rotate freely? Can someone ring in on this? Also, the inserts that came out of the housings were Bilstein? The number on the housings are correct for the Turbo M030 suspension. What tool can I use to get the glad nut off should I need to replace the strut insert?
