Hi Konstantin. The injectors were normal size and fit and functioned correctly. The metal body of the injectors were painted black by Lindsey, not sure if this was to cover other information or to protect the part. The part number of the inject is clearly visible on the plastic connector. In any case they were not green when I got them.

I was sure that the injectors were painted, I was able to see the over spray on the upper part of the injector body.

Not sure at this point, but I've been running Siemens 55 pounders for the last year or so, and I think I fried my wires or DME Saturday. Still working on the diagnosis. I lost my number two cylinder combustion at Road Atlanta Saturday, my DME is hot, and my injector wires look terrible. I will follow up when I know what's going on. At this point I plan to replace the injector wires and install the Guru ballast resistors.

Has anyone tried to have their stock injectors enlarged by RC Engineering? They did a set of injectors for my rx-7 and took the 850cc injectors to 1200cc. Seems like it would be cheaper and eliminate the need for resistors.

will that really work? danno what do you think about doing that to stock injectors to make em bigger and keeping the ohm's near 5 which would make resistors unnecessary

Someone posted somewhere else about calling RC-Engineering about that conversion. Turned out to cost more than new injectors. What's the big deal with installing resistors anyway? Sean came over the other day and it took no more than 5-minutes. Then you have the option of using ANY aftermarket P&H injector you want.
