Default Oil temp Gauge

Hello all,
Since I'm modding my car I'm wondering if I should get an oil temp gauge to put below the stereo with the boost and A/F gauge?? I like the look of the VDO gauges.

Thoughts?

I had the C pillar gauge thing in my first 951, but it came that way. I will put them below the stereo and get the plate Lindsey offers. The C pillar thing is a little ricer, but different strokes for different folks.

Unfortunately, when you have 5 gauges to mount, there are few options. I didn't really want to go the A-pillar route, but had no other places that were desirable enough to mount gauges to (didn't care to hack into the center vents or anything). I won't lie, having the gauges right there in your line of sight is nice.

A-Pillar gauges are "ricer" but I'd much rather be able to monitor boost and AFR out of the corner of my eye rather than looking down at the console. Plus I needed a place to put my MBC and a place to throw my wallet/phone/glasses/etc. so I made this: https://rennlist.com/forums/8206015-post107.html

Never really liked the look of the cockpit mounted MBC. Always felt the need to explain to passengers not to touch it, lol

Passengers learn fast when you slap their hand away from it.

I actually thought about stamping "DO NOT TOUCH" above it, then realized it's only me in the car 99% of the time.
