Anybody from the list go to the Spartan Speedway event that MSR region was holding? I went to this even a couple of years a go and managed a 47.508 as my best time. I went this year and managed a 41.788 as my best time, and the fastest time of the days was 40.588. I was second in my run group getting beat by less than a 10th, and probably was the only guy in my run group running street tires. They wouldn't let me run with the novices because I had been there before, oh darn could have brung home a 1st place trophy if I was. I hear race tires make a WORLDS difference on the track. Any suggestions? There must have only been 3 guys total running street tires me included. Looks like the Kumho race tires are popular at least at this event they were. All in all the event went well and learned even more about how to control the car in the up most extreme conditions.
