Aux water pump deleted!!!!
Other than water pump leaking, im finding the other leak and plan to buy some parts.
I just found out that, the Aux water pump (the turbo one) has been deleted by last owner. Instead, I just saw a straight pipe replaced the pump and connected to the turbo water pipe inlet. So anyone is running like this? The water pressure is high enough to squeeze water inside the turbo in order to reach the cooling performance?

The turbo water pump is there to keep the turbo from cooking after shutdown. Don't ever take it to the track without the turbo water pump, and don't run the turbo hard and shut down shortly thereafter, it will bake the turbo. To be honest, this pump is a pain to install, a lot of stuff has to come out of the way first, so you're best off to bite the bullet, buy a new turbo water pump and deal with the installation. If not, you'll be buying a new turbo anyway.
Are the bearings in your existing turbo noisy at all? Any play in the shaft? Shouldn't be any noticeable play.

I just put this one in my car, $55 and it fits perfect! It’s from a 1987 Mercedes 300TD, I just had to solder on my old connector. There is a black wire and a Brown wire on the connector the brown is (-) and the black is (+) the pump is marker on the top. To test it just ground the wire on the temp sensor and it will start the 30 sec timer.

This statement at best is an urban myth or just plain BS. My track car does NOT have the aux water pump to the turbo. It has not had it for the last 4 years at least since I have had it. The turbo is cooled with the oil circulation. What happens is that you end up having to change your oil at a less than premium optimum. Bit as it is my track car I do not go 3k miles between oil changes.
