My car is stock minus KN Cone filter as well as a Forge Diverter Valve. I notice in a lot of videos I can hear peoples diverter valves. I was curious if I should hear mine open up?

You hear theirs because they are running a MAF, when the DV opens it is dumping into an open pipe.. on your car, still using the AFM there is a door that closes as / before the DV opens, resulting in you NOT hearing it...

OR they could also be running dump to atmosphere.. which you would also hear!
