Down on power
Car feels sluggish and there is a light metallic rattling at WOT only with a big whoosh sound lifting off wot only
According to my AP-22 it is 210 hp at wheels (used to be 240 hp)
Car has chips, shimmed wastegate,cat bypass and LBE.
Peak boost is 1.0 bar droppong to 0.5 bar at redline (proper VDO gauge)
Have looked over the hoses and found one loose near CV and removed LBE but no change
Any ideas?

Check the hoses again...
One time I forgot to tighten a hose to the CBV...when I lifted off the gas after some boosting...i heard *pshhhhhh*...and then the car didn't go anywhere anymore.
