Car is FINALLY in the garage. Time to start wrenching!!!
Can't wait to start working on it again! The car hasn't run since Sept. '09. I did a bunch of in April/May of last year trying to get the car running but ran into a few small snags and ran out of time. Then from June until now I've just had too much other stuff going on to work on it (moving across the country, getting a full-time job, parting my S4, etc.). Anyways, the S4 is out of the garage now (selling with the engine even though I was wanting to keep it, but I just wanted it out of there) and is being picked up by a new owner tomorrow morning where the engine will be transplanted into his UrQuattro rally car. So I pushed the 951 into the garage and I can finally start troubleshooting a few things and finish the final assembly. I can't wait to drive it again!!!!! I only drove it for 5 months after buying it before I got the bug to modify it and that leads me to where it is today
Ignore the dirt, it hasn't had a wash since October and has been sitting outside.

Interesting color combo there. Who made that FMIC? What kind of work are you doing to it over the remainder of the winter? What sort of power goal are you aiming for? Does the car run at all as is? What other stuff are you planning to do(suspension, interior/exterior, etc...)?

As far as other work, the main goal is to get it running and drive it! Mods mostly complete include Vitesse Stage 2, 3" Fabspeed/SFR exhaust, JGS 40mm wastegate, Custom FMIC, meth injection, Modified D9 headlights, and more.
FMIC is an ebay IC with custom mounts/piping.
What needs to be finished
-Replace injector/ref harnesses (and eventually everything else thanks to John Wood's connector group buy)
-Mount wastegate and exhaust
-Replace leaking fuel damper (thanks FASTRNU/Joel for the damper/rail!)
-Fab up new IC piping (not happy with what's currently on there)
-Powdercoat more parts
-Further modify D9 lights (have a few ideas up my sleave over my previous single projector)
-Fab up ducting for FMIC/radiator
-Powdercoat set of 17" wheels
-Install SS brake lines
-Fab fender intake
Next on the list after I get it running is suspension (bushings, coilovers, etc).
Power goals are whatever I can get away with on the stock clutch and then more after I upgrade.

So I assume you're planning on looking to install standalone engine management...
Since you mentioned D9, and already have one installed, have you ever considered the D9 GT2 style splitter? What are your thoughts on it (aside from the fact that it's really expensive)?

The D9 headlights I bought used for a good price, otherwise I would not have them. No experience with any other products from them, but I would like to get a TRS spoiler at some point. But they are $$$.
Will do, hopefully both of our cars will be up and running come good weather!

I still need to removed the front "crossmember" that spans the frame rails and free up more room and make some ducting for it. IC size is from the bottom of the bumper to the top of the bumper support. There's still a few more inches I could add to the top of the IC before it hits the head panel.
