For an '87 or newer 951 you'll need hollow spoke 18" twists from a 993 in the following sizes:

Front 18x8 with 52 offset
Rear 18x10 with 65 offset

This will give a perfect fit, no spacers required. I'm fairly certain these are the 993 narrow body offsets. I would only run hollow spokes to keep the weight down, the solid twists are a good bit heavier.

Keep in mind you will need to update your caster blocks to run rims that big. I went to solid blocks and heim joint tubular arms, but some people just go with 968 blocks and stock arms.

Exactly!

In your searches I’m sure you’ve come across this site, 944racing, and know which part numbers to look for.
Good luck in your search.

That is a great site, the exact one I used when researching my rim change. Here is some info on the 993 18" hollow spokes (also known as Technology rims), I also threw in the comparable solid weight to show why it is so important to find the hollow ones:

.................................Hollow.....................Hollow...... ..Solid
Width.........ET............Part #.....................Weight........Weight
7.5.............50............993.362.134.05.........8.6 kg........11.3 kg
8................52............993.362.136.00.........8.9 kg........11.6 kg
9................52............993.362.138.00.......10.2 kg........13.2 kg
10..............40............993.362.140.00.......11.4 kg........14.1 kg
10..............65............993.362.140.01.......10.6 kg........13.3 kg

Just an FYI, finding the width and offset combo I listed above was very difficult for me. The vast majority of front hollow spokes seemed to be 7.5 wide and the vast majority of 10 wide rear hollow spokes seemed to have 40 ET.

Don't forget, the hollow spokes have the smooth back (they also require special steel valve stems from Porsche, they can't work with regular valve stems):

The solid spokes have the ridges in the back:

i dont see nothing wrong with 7.5 front if they are easier to find. i was thinking 225or something like that for front tires.
and just to add if i find et40 verisions they will still work fine (with spacers thats is)

I have a pair of 993 8" Hollow fronts for sale. These are the best and hard to find. I also have a pair of 996 8" Hollow fronts but you need to run spacers for those.

You can make the Rear ET40's fit on some cars, depending on tire sizing and rolled fenders. My suspension is late offset, I use 40 offset. ET 65 fit without problem.

Here is a copy of the receipt for the wheels the PO bought for the 87 I now have as a part number reference. They are 18" OEM Turbo Twists. No Spacers, needed.
