Default Wastegate....serrated washers ??

Hey Guys
I am putting things back together, and my notes and memory may be playing tricks on me....
Here is a picture of the parts in question( In the center of the picture)
These washers, came off the Wastegate, I am almost positive!
As to where on the Wastegate, that's another story
There are only four of them ..
These seem to be the exact same washers that are used on the TB
They are serrated washers as well...
Any help here, as to where they go on the Wastegate, would be great
I know that the 2 flanges seem to have split lock washers on them ...
TIA
Regards
Ed

They were probably used to shim between the diaphragm housing and the body (to increase spring pre-load).

No washers are used on the allen bolts securing the two pieces together.

Your probably right but...
Well I don't think they were used as shims, because I never separated the two of them ... I bought a whole new Lindsey wastegate ...
Thanks for your help anyway
The mystery continues ....
Best regards

No mystery. Those are called Schnoor washers. I uset them on every bolt near the wastegate and it looks like I am not alone. I also use them on the CVs and have had no trouble with anything backing out.
I am fortunate to have this metric hardware shop within a half mile of my house.

Thanks I was just wondering where specifically they were used on the factory install of the wastegate. Yes, that's the name of them, Schnoor washers, not serrated..
I bought a lot of stuff at Belmetric and I think they are great !! You are lucky, I wish they were closer to me ....
Best regards
Ed
