Oh man, I haven't played this since my Driving Force Pro gave out 2 years ago. I was going to grab a new Logitech G27 until I saw a review for the Fanatec Porsche GT3 RS wheel. www.fanatec.com , be prepared to have wheel envy.

Good thing it’s a simulator…I think you simulated the front tires to death!

My setup exactly. GTR2, Fanatec GT3 RS Wheel, and the club sport pedals. I previously had the Logitech G25 until it gave out (the circuit board in the wheel assembly). For the overall driving feel, I actually preferred the Logitech just a bit, but the Fanatec pedals are three times better and the wheel looks ten times better. The Fanatec wasn't specifically designed to support GTR2. It doesn't even include a 'profile' for GTR2 with the driver setup. I haven't been able to get the LED's above the horn to show me anything. Only real drawback I've found so far is that you can't program/use the outermost left/right buttons because I inadvertently hit them on several tight corners (especially screws you up if you programmed them for 'look right'/'look left').

Next phase is to buy/build some type of sim racing seat setup. I never seem to have time to build one, so I'll probably have to buy one off the market (and actually, Fanatec's seems really nice).
