i told the guy what ive saw in the backof the wheel... whats the problem

he is saying you get more looks when selling a clean vehicle then when selling one with dirt and dust on it. People like clean stuff. Especially if they are buying it. Clean the wheels it will take 30 min and then take pictures. It makes a difference.
