ok - so for an update. Car had its turbo installed and the leak down numbers and compression the buyer wanted went well as expected. I drop the car off to the new owner this weekend. (I am biased but I look back at my bills and the buyer got the steal of the centuary!!!!)
so.........................
what next. Well this is life after a 944. Its a 93 RS america built by Hairy Dog Garage. It has a new engine build this year as well as fresh transmission suspension etc etc etc. Dan builds the best cars which is proven by the fact that this car took 7 track records this year (although I will not match Barons driving)
next kob - new cage install and a new body wrap! This one is going to be a patron livery!

Oh wow. That is a fast car. I ran against Baron at Road America and some of my friends ran against him at Road Atlanta. Very nice purchase. Hopefully we'll see you this year.

Congrats Dan. Very nice (and fast) car.
However, the first time you go into a corner too hot and instinctively lift thenspin, you'll wish you had the neutral handling of your 951 back. ;-)

Dan great to hear you may be in for Road Atlanta as I am planning on doing that race. Will be great to race against each other. I assume the car will still be a G class car?
