crushed my rocker panel last night... options?

after a couple hours of work
I managed to make it look much better. I slowly bent the rocker back into the correct shape. It is not perfect but it is much better. 3 of the screws that hold the black side panel on broke off from the curb accident. Any ideas of how to attach the panel better. As you can see in the pictures, the middle sags with out those 3 screws.
heres some pictures. The touch up paint is still wet in the pictures.

Good job.
What exactly did those screws screw into in the rocker panel? (Awkward sentence, that).
You're probably going to need to get some of those little metal clips that allow screws to hold onto thin plastic panels, like in the fender liners. Then drill new holes through the plastic and the rocker panel, but use the clips on the rocker instead of the plastic.

You can order the 8mm black plastic nuts. Try calling 944online, or Sunset Porsche. I forgot where I got mine, but i found a full set. Don't over tighten them. They strip easily. You can jack the car up and put it on jack stands. From there you can get under there and manually bend the screws. You'll have to massage then, but it will work.

Okay, I see what you're saying. Do you have access to the inside of the panel, behind the bolts? If so, I'd drill them out, put new bolts with washers to keep them from pulling through the panel, and get new nuts to match.

Just go to the hardware store and buy sheetmetal screws the right length, drill the holes, use washers and screw the skirt back on the panel. Put some sealer around the screw hole. You done a good job of fixing the dent.

I would be more worried about the area in front of your rear wheel. The sheetmetal on a 944 does not rust (very good factory galvanizing) unless there has been badly repaired crash damage or very deep scratches that were not repaired correctly.
Nice work on the dent – looks pretty good.
