Doe the 944 Hybrids front cross member fit a 951?

I suspect it does, but would like to know BEFORE I cut my cross member out...

Yeah, I figured as much... only $50 so I went ahead and ordered it...

I think I will wait till it shows up to cut out the cross member though, then I will just need to take it and have a few tabs welded on here and there... or.. just have some threaded studs welded on to it... now I'm thinking...

OK, now I need a garage AND a welder...

Well, I just got an e-mail from him.. it should be shipping Wednesday!

Now to find someone with a stud welder...

I will wait till it arrives to decide if I want to shoot in 2 riv nuts on each side on the inside of it...

BTW here is a pic, it ISN'T the cross member you are thinking of...

Should make fitment of the FMIC a little easier! along with a few other changes in mind...

Funny that you're doing this now. I have been communicating with the owner Eric today regarding their bump steer kit. I didn't even know they made one until gt35vgt tipped me into them. Thanks Adam. Looks like a nice little kit but wonder why they would have made such a niche part? Perhaps there is something happening once the V8 goes in that changes the dynamics more. From what we hear there isn't much of a weight difference but who knows?

The v8 install requires the crossmember to be dropped (typically only 1/2", but some people have gone significantly more). Anyways, drop the crossmember and you drop the rack, and ....yeah.

Their bump steer kit is next on the list as my car is significantly lowered....

They are niche, but at least they are available!

He does great fiberglass work. I have the splitter and it's top-notch. I wish it was ABS but the price was right.

Bump-steer is ordered, as is the headliner panel!

Now this is getting fun!

Ok, so does the bump steer kit help out those of us without lowered crossmembers?
