The braided lines, fuel gauge...beautiful.
Please share any additional information on the setup?
It's actually a pretty mild build. As John alluded to above, she went up in smoke about a year ago. The actual build consisted of a full engine refresh (seals/bearings/sensors) and replacing EVERYTHING that was fire damaged. We decided to go with a black color scheme after finding out the powder-coater couldn't do a martini scheme on the cam tower. We upgraded to a Vitesse MAF and 85 lbs/hr fuel injectors and retained the Lindsey Racing fuel pressure regulator. The fuel rail is a CEP model (VERY nice fit and finish) and the fuel lines are from Lindsey. It's still the stock K26/6 turbo but it was refreshed as well. I've got a Tial 38mm wastegate and the entire exhaust was coated in Xtreme Sterling from Jet Coat. I replaced all of the stock front suspension rubber with OEM replacements and installed the Paragon Koni kit into the M030 struts I picked up. I'm very happy with how everything came together.
Just like every project large or small, the devil is in the details. Thank God I'm not leaking oil from anywhere but I'm chasing some coolant leaks. I wanted to post some picture before I pull the intake to re-torque the coolant elbow off the head. The alignment is completely toast so before I drive her I need to get her aligned. My wife and I are buying a house in the next month or two so we're moving. I've been busting my butt for the last 3 months to get everything back together so we don't have to move boxes of parts as well.
A special thanks goes out to JohnKoaWood and Chris White for all of their help.
