I'm in there doing a head gasket change and wow is there ever a lot of crap under the intake manifold. Wish I knew what half that junk did ! Metal tubes welded together bla bla. I'd like to do this venturi delete biz. So now to my question : If I already have a dual port waste gate with a manual boost controller is my cycling valve essentially not functional anyway ??? Can I just yank that out too with those venturis ????

Yes. just make sure that you are routing your lines correctly and not leaving a leak in the system. Lindsey racing has a created a great diagram to help you out.
