do i keep the old o2 sensor and stuff just how it is? or do i take it out?

you keep it as the ECU alters the mixture based on the factory O2 sensor. The second o2 sensor is only for a measurement. Get a wideband gauge kit with a new sensor and bung. The narrow band is as useful as any disco light .

Hi, I have a question about installing of AFR gauge (AEM WIDEBAND AFR LSU 4.9)

Acccording to attached instruction I need to conect two wires (ground and power). There are two optional wires. I have question about the white one "analog output" (please see below pictures of the instruction). For what the white one is meant / what is its function?

That would go to a track logging system that records vehicle and engine data while the car is operated.
