Yes it is. BTW the wheels in the picture are not included with the car. It comes with a nice set of 17 inch Turbo Twists with excellent tires.

Belt and water pump changed on the Black 89 about 3 years ago, less than 10 K miles.
Belt and water pump changed on the red car about 5 years ago, less than 5K miles, had new clutch at the same time.
