I will probably get the lower dash kit from 9 Design and apply it myself. This job looked like one that I had to leave to a pro, but this looks pretty straight forward.

Thought i would give an update on this. I was able to successfully transfer the lower dash from my old car to the new one.
The reason for doing this was fairly simple: my new car had a black/linen interior that was missing pieces and generally in bad shape. However, the dash is in PERFECT shape! My old car had a 100% complete full leather burgundy interior, with a crappy dash.
Here's how the new car arrived:
I started by removing the lower dash from the new car (so i would be familiar with the process, and not screw up the "good" lower dash.
I sprayed some 3M "heavy duty carpet and headliner adhesive" (Autozone) on both surfaces and let it dry until tacky several times. Then i carefully applied the pieces. I did the passenger far right chunk first to get a feel for it.
The driver side chunk is MUCH larger and a little more difficult to work, but i started from the outside and worked my way inward.
Here is the result:
For the door cards (which are also partly leather) i dyed the upper halves black (using SEM paint and prep, as suggested above).
I have the interior completely installed now, just haven't gotten pictures of it yet. It turned out very nicely, and you would never guess what i did to it! The black/burgundy colored interior is a nice combo IMHO.
I would rate this at a 5/10 difficulty level. It's easy--just take your time! Thanks everyone for your help on this!
