Borrow an engine crane to carry that corner of the car .. when you get to the bump bit put the car down just short or when it stops re position the crane up the bump chock it and re-lift it ...
the other thing i have had success with is 2 tires on a folk hand truck around the spare wheel well .
Option 3 is someone within 50 miles may be willing to lend you a control arm
