Default Scam alert!? $4300 CL '86 944 Turbo

Rule #1: If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

http://augusta.craigslist.org/ctd/1720649741.html
Using "craiglook" you can see this guy has listed it across the country:
http://craiglook.com (search for "944 Turbo")

Has a valid VIN that matches the mileage he stated. Selling way below market value "so that they don't take his house". He wants me to use ebay as an escrow (they explicitly state on their site that they don't offer an escrow service) and says it will be shipped by DAS "because of their good reviews" (that's how i knew he was full of it, LOL).

He also told me that it would take 5 days to ship, but...i didn't tell him where i lived.

Really screams "scam" to me. I've emailed the guy twice (the second time because i lost his first email) and got the exact same response twice:
The vehicle is still available for sale, price as stated in the ad $4,300. It's in perfect working order, no damages or scratches, it wasn't involved in any accidents. You will inspect the vehicle before the payment will be made. I temporarily moved in Chester, MT with my work and I have the vehicle with me. All shipping costs and insurance during transportation are included in the price because I won a promotion at DAS auto shippers (1 free shipping+$500). You will also receive all necessary documents in order to finalize the purchase. I am selling the vehicle under market value because I need to pay the bank or they will take my house.Email me back if you're interested and have further questions.
Specs: VIN: WP0AA0953GN153890 /// 84,600 miles /// Leather seats /// Sunroof /// CD player /// Cruise control /// Power locks /// Power seats /// Power windows /// Air conditioning /// 1 Owner /// Clear Title /// Non-Smoker /// Garage kept
Here is his second email:
Hi,

I attached more pics to my email. Here's how I would like to handle the sale.
The financial part will be managed by ebay, so we can both be protected.

1. I will contact eBay and give all the info about this deal .
2. They will send us an invoice by email - about the buyer's protection policy, delivery, and payment.
3. I will send the vehicle to your location and you will send the payment to eBay.
4. After you will inspect the vehicle and decide to keep it, they will transfer the money into my account.

RETURN POLICY:
If by any reason the vehicle is not as described, or if you find any problems with it I will pay for the returning fees. I'm sure it won't be the case, but this is ebay's policy.
As soon as the vehicle arrives, you will have a 5 day inspection period, so you can get to know the vehicle better.

I prefer to use DAS Auto Shippers for the delivery because they have a lot of positive feedback. The estimated time of delivery is 5 days, they will deliver the vehicle on a flatbed truck.
Good faith has always been my top priority and my most valued business approach.

Please provide me with your full name and shipping address so I can register the deal with eBay.

Thanks

Any idea whose car this is? Nice car.

BTW, i'll apologize in advance if this is--by some miracle of god--a legitimate listing. After that, i'll promptly plop down the $4300 and be waiting for my new car.

Nice! *UPDATE*
I emailed him back and asked him for the option codes. He wrote me back with exactly this:

Hi,

No.Here's how I would like to handle the sale.

The financial part will be managed by ebay, so we can both be protected.

Geez... this scam again? Why is it always $4300? He might have a little more success if he at least changed the price....
