Can you tell if it is ‘dithering’ at that speed? NOX means too lean – a bad temp sender would make it go rich.
Low fuel pressure could also cause the high NOX – but the DME should richen up the mixture at less than full throttle settings.

I set the FQS to #4 but my NOX went through the roof, even with a new cat. I checked the FQS three times. I have an EGT sensor for the ZT-2, maybe that will tell me something.
Carbon buildup?
Compression (cold/dry) test was #1 135, #2 137, #3 132, #4 137.
