I created an actual for sale post for this car so people don't get confused w/ the 2 year separation in the timeline. https://rennlist.com/forums/for-sale...ml#post9564409

It sounds like all it needs is the 72# injectors or a 55# tune? I think you might be able to get a little more if you sold it running...

Finish the car if possible , or find some who will be fair in the purchase from you.

These car do bring good money and enjoymnet if they put together correctly due to the fact these cars are either real nice or beaten to almost to death , and most people don't restore them they just get parted. for quick cash ( keeps other on the road ) . At the end of the day there will be allot parts out here that are cheap, (which we all see ) and not many cars to put them on ??
Ive seem them going up and down since the 90s , but nice cars built well always bring $$$.

some thought 60 muscle cars were also out dated and they decided to make soda cans out of them ??? now look at the prices.

Plus one on that ... (saving them )

Every parted car sold for peanuts brings the whole market down . yes we need used parts but we also need good bodies to rebuild . eventually it will balance out while everyone is parting and storing parts ... there will be an over abundance of nice parts out there , thus used parts price will come down even lower.

Ive seen this over that last 6 years parts cheap cars very cheap... this is the market for now now .

But is does help to have some many sources of used parts now . lets just part out the real bascket cases.

I want to put a fitting end to this thread and give a shout out to Dennis....

Dennis, you are the definitive Porschephile and it was a great pleasure to meet you and your family! Your work is pristine and the pictures on this thread do not do your project the justice it deserves...outstanding work!!!

To the other posters on this thread, the car will NOT be parted out...it will end up over in Ft Meyers and travel the PCA DE circuit for many years to come....

Thanks again Dennis!!!
