Thickness of spec stage 3 disc?

What is the thickness of the stage 3 disc when it´s new?
can you replace the pucks with new ones?
and is it 3.2mm or 3.6mm pucks?

i think you can go up to about 9.3 total thickness wich is what a 930 cup disc is pretty sure spec stage 1 to 3 are standard pressure plates with blue paint
