What bracket is this?

Working on putting my car back together and I don't remember where this bracket goes. Can't find it on the PET PDF's either.

Mounts on one of the alternator mount bolts so you can lift the engine assembly (using the bracket around the rear cam cover for one hook) using hooks and chains.
