Default Nosepanel with integrated GTS headlights

Finally got it today after almost ½ years waiting

A big Thank You to Gustaf/Duke for arranging this for me.

Magnus have done a great job, overall finish is great ! I was surprised this kit included also light equipment. I tought there should be only glassfibre parts and clear covers. I am not sure am i going to use these light units tough; let's see. I will also modify light buckets a bit, will put there some CF, should look nice with Satin Scwartz Metallic 951 I might also put there AIR style vents.

Good to see someone finally producing this. I have thought about having similar made every time I have to adjust, realign and tighten up my clunky D9 buckets. Is this a commercial product I can buy?

Indeed, it was by STROSEK, and also ugly as sin.

How often do you have to do this to the D9 lights?

All the time. I ended up adding fixed aluminum brackets and now I just duct tape around them on race days . Vibration from racing is the prime problem, but the original mounting design was pretty dumb to start with. Even if you can get them to stay in one place I would not want them on a street car, they just seem cheap and tacky and hard to align properly. A one piece nosepanel with the lights integrated is a much better solution. I'm surprised more people aren't doing it.

I had no problems with mine on the street or track, but then I'm not running 1200lb springs.

True... I have to duct tape myself to the car as well otherwise I would vibrate right out..

Olli - could you shoot some photos of the back side of the panel? I'm curious as to how far back the light housings extend. I'm also interested in buyin this setup, as long as the lights can be adjusted once and light up the road well.

Thanks.

The guy who makes these has more or less stopped doing fiber glass auto parts.
It took a couple of months to get this panel.
So to be realistic these are not available for the time being.

I have the same panel on my car and to be honest, the lighting isn't that good. But it saves space on the inside and is very light.

Anybody here in the USA have one? I can make a mold on it and reproduce it fairly inexpensively.

(since the guy producing these is not doing it anymore...)
