Awesome car. I saw it in person about 2 years ago - very sick!
What are you planning next Jim?

Good luck with the sale! Wish I had the $$$ for it!

Wow Jim, I assume you have something in the wings.

Good price - less than I sell my car for!

Thanks guys. I'll be back eventually. Right now I need to focus on expanding my business offerings to counter the dismal economic climate that has unfortunately caught up to WNY. That will require time and finances, both of which I spread thinly among work, family, and racing. Something has to give. Believe me, I am literally sick at having to give up something that I am so completely passionate about, but family comes first. I plan on buying a street legal Porsche, so I'll still be in a seat, maybe even do some DE's. But for now the racing will have to be put on hold, and no sense having the car sitting around collecting dust when someone else could be enjoying it.

It's been a tough day.

Sorry to hear. You'll get through it - and when you come out the other side you'll be wiser and ready for something better!

Let me know if there's anything I can help with.

I got to say 13.5k is a steal for this car considering the amount of money that have been invested. Tempting very tempting.

Let us all know what you are doing in your business – there are a lot of strange connections out there – We might be able to help….

The other option is to mothball the car for a while. I would guess that you yearly racing budget is close to your asking price so maybe mothballing the car for a while is a good choice.

I've had a few questions so I'll post the info here:

97,864 miles
Top end rebuilt in 2008
The car was bone stock when I bought it about 5 years ago
Dyno'ed at 240 rwhp and 240 torque at 14psi
Chips/turbo/fuel delivery suitable to 18psi
Turns 2:16's at Watkins Glen with me behind the wheel, I'm sure I leave lots on the table and the car is capable of much faster.
Title in hand
Dyno sheets and many receipts on hand
No drips!
