Default K26#8 turbine inlet diameter?

Just curious. Does anyone know the turbine inlet diameter of a KKK #8 (or #6, they are probably the same on the inlet side)?

Do you mean turbine "8 housing is bigger but turbine wing is the same as #6? I don't see any advantage just to make turbine housing bigger but leave turbine wing untouched. I suppose i have to measure #6 & #8 wings to see if they are the same.

yeh my under standiing is the 6 or 8 represents the AR ratio wich represents the size of the nossle that curves around and the discharge size as the gas hits the blades so a 6 is smaller and will have the gas hit with greater velocity for a given CFM BUT it genraly chokes the exhaust to much and the increase in exhuast manifold pressure offsets the possibly quicker spooling turbo ...
there is still a massive lack of direct comparisons ...
I still say Porsche considered #6 to small for a 250 hp engine why would any one want one

26/6 inlet is two inches outer diameter. 26/8 should be the same.

The only difference I noticed is on the turbine side.

Only the turbine exit is different. The #6 hotside also has a "flat spot" on it just above the turbine INLET. Clarks garage has a page on how to identify the two turbos.
