Both of mine are now bent towards the center of my car from when my it slipped off the stands once and they pushed in the floor slightly. Thank god I was not under the car at the time.

I have been placing blocks of wood (2x4 scrap) under those 4 points to even the load. The stands and the points sink into the wood and make everything more stable. However, after reading these posts, I think I will start to use the front sub frame and torsion bar to hold 'er up from now on.

Man, I need a chasis hoist!
