So lets make this clear, This is a good track mod not necessarily something needed for the street ?
No noise, no lubrication - because nothing moves. The delrin mount forms a rigid link between the rack and the subframe (cross member). (The way it's designed, there is no movement - unlike a delrin bushing for a sway bar.)

On the track, it makes the steering more precise, and ensures the steering "returns to center" after high lateral G loading.

It is a modification that one would likely not notice on the street.

Good stuff thankyou Van,
If you havent replaced the bushing on your car its probably beat to **** and should be replaced with the 10$ OE replacement.
Even the stock replacement should provide a noticeable improvement, correct?

I have this bushing on my car with manual steering. I noticed a difference on the street and on the track. Worth the money.

Paragon has the one bushing that prevents side to side movement and makes the most difference.

Not hard to install. Unbolt the rack from the crossmember, swap bushings, bolt it back. No alignment etc. I dont know how much space you have to do that with power steering though.

If you don't have A/C it makes it a lot easier
