Here is my vac diagram, borrow the base routing from Lindsey Racing and mod it into mine.

So,
-the purge system has been cut.
-Cyclinder valve has been cut.
-The greens vac lines connected to HKS EVC.

The only thing not sure about the vac line under the TB.

Here an update!

I've found the whistle caused by the high idle, but the guage shows 840rpm (slightly above the 3rd mark on the guage). When I bypass the idle stablizer and screw in the idle screw, the whistle has gone, but the engine may stall because of low idle.

So I try to adjust the idle right before I can hear the whistle, the idle is still low and the engine is shaking. Then I adjust the AFM bypass screw to lean out the AFR to compensate. I'm now totally lost between the AFR, whistle and the idle T_______T

The idle screw is brand new.
Well, may be the way of adjust the idle was wrong previously.
When bypass the ISV, shd the idle stay around 840rpm, when rev up a bit, the idle shdn't drop below 840rpm as perfect idle?

The low idle is just masking the leak. It should not whistle at 840 or any rpm. If it does, something is leaking that should be fixed.

Get well now, thanks all!

Check thru all the vac hoses, esp the hose from TB to temp valve, the hose still there connected to temp valve even the purge system deleted, but the other side of the temp valve blocked by a plastic cap.

Also, I've checked the forum and found a important thread to adjust the idle. When reaching operation tempreture, the ISV will not enable to compensate the idle unless the AC on and cold start. Otherwise, the idle adjustment shd be 100% rely on the idle screw on TB. So I unscrew the idle screw few more turns to reach the 840 rpm, and test whether will the engine stall by pulling the throttle cable slightly. I can find the proper idle speed now and the AFR now seems correctly at 13.2 to 13.8, I will make a other adjustment to reach 14.7.

Interesting thing is, when I unscrew the idle screw, the whistle on and off shows up.....
