I have a brand new Bursch 2.5" test pipe.

This test pipe runs from the turbo down pipe to the cat back exhaust (basically the entire front piece of exhaust system). It does not have a cat converter.

This replaces not only the cat, but the crushed double walled exhaust after the turbo down pipe.

This is pipe makes a big difference over a stock setup or even a stock setup with out a cat.

I used this same setup with a K27/6 (with MAF, Chip, Boost Controller, and Wastegate) to make over 335RWHP.

Best bang for the buck out there after chips I'd say. My 2.5 made exactly 350rwhp on the dyno with that test pipe (and other mods of course).
