It doesn't have the stock exhaust and cat, it has a borla exhaust and bursch test pipe...

How cool is it that I'm drooling over pics of my own car?

Man that looks really good congrats!
Wish I'd known what I was doing before I bought my car. I ended up with a stock one with 83k on it and no idea what I was doing haha.
Then again I guess the learning part was well worth it. I would have at least gotten an S to begin with though, oh well.

Thanks! Having already owned one made it a little easier to identify what I wanted.

Yeah if(when) I buy another I'll definitely take more time picking it out.

Damn those pics look good... I may just tell the transport people I'm not home!
Enjoy the car, I'll miss her, but with the turbo s cab tucked in above and the cayenne turbo in the other bay there is just tooooo much boost im my garage. Eniac was working on my step sons 87 951, this one was pretty much perfect. Terrible cell phone pic sorry. Now if any one needs a steal on a very solid 964 c4.. It's ripe for the picking.

docwyte: You will not be disappointed. This car is well sorted and mechanically very clean.

Nick: Your automotive photographing skills are uncanny!....so good in fact I find it disturbing.

Matt: I LOOOOVEE those wheels I got from you. Now it's worthwhile to paint my car.

Josh,

Are you getting a cat with the car? Mine was cat-less when I got it and I had to add a cat to pass emmissions here. It REALLY killed the car. I am considering removing it and putting a test pipe set up in it.

If you need a cat maybe I can weld up my cat to bolt into your test pipe set up and we can just share the cat when need be.

You could have at least picked a different color combo

Hehe, yeah, but I owned a red 951S first! This is actually my second one. I'm getting a factory cat pipe from Joel locally. Plan is to see if the car passes without it (fat chance I think) and install the factory cat if needed, then remove it after the successful smog test.

Mine passed on the numbers with flying colors but failed on the visual.

Some enterprising Rennlister needs to fab up a catalytic converter 'cover' to put on Bursch test pipes...
