I'm having trouble finding a good set of tires for a set of staggered wheels. The specs are: 17 inch diameter, 8.0 inch fronts, 9.5 inch rears.
Any suggestions?

Ship them to me. I'll be able to find a set that works! ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I think 235/275's would work well. I have 225/285 on 8's and 10's. The 225 is a little small for an 8" rim I think. That's why I say 235 for the fronts.

Is that on 8.0 fronts and 9.5 rears? I was thinking 235 or 245 on the front and 265 or 275 on the rear. The main problem I'm having is finding a brand that makes a set in some combination of these sizes.
I did find a couple brands this morning that make 235/45 and 265/40 sets, so I was leaning towards that setup.
The 235/255 combo is readily available, but I was thinking 255 was a bit narrow for a 9.5. I've had 255s on 8.0s, so I'm worried about them looking "stretched" on a 9.5" wheel.
Don't want this...

Getting the staggered match is more dependant on the sidewall profile.
I run 235 front on 8 and 275 rear on 10 with Khumo

1 run 245/40/17 and 255/40/17 works great only under extreme turns w/ dips does it give me the smallest rub sound my fronts used to be 225/45/17 but the new size is better all the way around

Yeah, it's a new set. The twists are still in the picture, as are the 18" cups.
These were a good deal, and they've never had tires mounted. I'm not sure which I'll end up keeping, but I like the idea of having 17s and 18s. Now I just need some tires in time for spring.

They look great, having to choose between those sets would be tough. I really do like how 17s look on these cars and that is a awesome set of wheels. Good luck in the tire search, wish I could help.

Thanks. They look like Techart Daytonas, but they were made by FRH International. It's the same company that made my 18" twists, so I suppose it would be possible to swap the centers and make wheels just like the 18" Techart Daytonas. I always loved those wheels.
