So...Lemmee get this right...if I can...

If I'm running a basic 2.5, on the street, I'll probably get a bit of improvement, over old stock, and may well get an improvement for track, but I need to do some math relating to cost/ benefit?

Hmmm...sounds like a grown up issue.
Prolly not the the place for this question....
see ya on the other board Chris.

Purdy. Very Purdy.

Tell ya Chris, figure out a nice, neat petcock solution so you can drain the buzzard without getting coolant every which way and you'll really have something. Maybe a little screw in fitting for a drain hose?

Too bad I just put in a new radiator and oil cooler...I could have been a buyer for the combo unit. That one looks sweet....

Just a rubber hose over the end of the petcock, no need to get fancy!

I suppose I could add an AN fitting to the end of the petcock if you really wanted!

At the risk of talking folks out of one…a basic 2.5 will be fine with a stock radiator – if you are having problems its either a clogged / corroded radiator, failing water pump or something wrong with the engine. Even a higher HP modified one will be OK with a good stock radiator.

But this will cool better than stock if you need it!

It's hard to think about anything else than "cool" stuff this time of year
Hey, even driving to work downtown Stockholm reminds me of the Swedish Winter Rally right now!

Yes. And it will be painful. You should start the adjustment period right away by starting a daily routine involving 4 liter red glycol.
