Default Race Engine Head Stud Replacement

Im in the process of doing a rebuild on my motor. The motor is a stock 89 Turbo and is used for club racing only. The motor has never been rebuilt, however the head gasket and rod bearings have been replaced. I am wondering if it is worth the $$ to replace the head, main and rod bolts as part of the rebuild. If I do replace I will probably go with Raceware. I'd rather put the $$ into something else if the ones in there are fine. Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks
Brian
