Default FS or SWap - Euro Bumper SOLD

I have a 951 Euro bumper which I brought back from the UK for a fellow lister to swap for his GT racing rear bumper. He no longer wants it, any one else fancy it? $250?

edit: mounting struts included

The rub strip on NA bumpers was thinner (noticeably so) See below:

Any idea how heavy the Euro bumper is? Is it that much of a saving over the (way ugly) US rear bumers??

The U.S. bumpers are aluminum, the euro bumpers are fiberglass (or something similar).

Here's mine:

Dan,

Looking at the size of the bump strip, you may have an N/A version.

Dan, from looking at the pictures, it doesn't look like your bumper has the removable cap for the rear towing eye location. That would make it an N/A version.

I agree. I have a 951 Euro bumper and it has a tow eye hole. That said. shouldn't they fit the same anyway?

Savings of aprox. 22lbs using my bathroom scale, this includes the difference in weight between the bumper shocks and hard mounts. There are shocks for the euro bumpers also, so your weight difference may vary..but the hard mounts pretty much weigh next to nothing if you go with those.

BTW, that does look like the n/a style bumper.. but it fits the 951 fine.. ask me how i know . One thing i noticed is it was a very slight squeeze getting the flanking ends of the bumper to clear the rear lower valance, i wonder if the ends of the 951 euro rear are shaped differently to account for the valance. But like i said, it still fits (and looks) fine.
