Default Feeler: BBS RS 3 piece late off set

Hey all,

Just testing the waters to see what these are worth and how much I can actually get for them.

I have a set of BBS RS 3 piece wheels in late of set. 7x16 and 8x16. These things are crazy light, even with tires on.

The centers were painted white by the PO, and have a couple of chips in them. The outside rings are fine, no dents or bends but could use a good polishing. One of the rears has a ~1" crack in the lip of the wheel. It holds pressure but obviously needs to be welded.

the crack

Tires are shot and would be removed before shipping. I have no idea what they are worth, i see them on ebay from $400 to $2000. Again these are for late off set, i believe they are ET 51 front and rear, but I will have to double check.

Let me know what you think they are worth and if I should just keep them or sell them.

A completely refurbished set could go anywhere from 2-3k depending on sizes. A set that needs the work done to them, depending on condition I would think between $400 (needs alot of work) and $1000 (could use some TLC, but not necessary)...still also depending on sizing. 16" at the lower end and 17" or 18" at the upper end. Just my .02 cents

Post them up on VWVortex for 800-900. The VW guys are always looking for high offset Porsche wheels to run with adapters, and BBS RS is VERY popular.
