Pressurize the cooling system then pull the plugs to see if they are wet I think you are in the beging stages of HG going again. OR the oil cooler housing is not aligned right causing this to happen.

The cooling system has no leaks and the oil cooler was fine when he took it apart, but we changed it anyway, the oil was present before changing the cooler seals and it's still present, my tech says that it has to be the headgasket...
