factory manuals
factory's tech spec book
clarks-garage.com
haynes manual
PET (Porsche's detailed parts diagrams)
Task specific internet write-ups (like mine linked below)
Web forums like RL, RW, Pelican, clarks, etc.
Overall, plenty of great info out there -- just about everything is covered somewhere...

Sunset Porsche in Oregon had a bunch of factory manuals at a good price. www.sunsetporsche.com
I am not affiliated with them, just another satisfied customer.

It's a little book about the size of a deck of cards, which contains all the technical dimensions, torque specs, clearances, tolerance limits, etc. for the car. Most helpful if you are rebuilding the motor, etc. They are out of print, but not entirely impossible to find on ebay, old stock, etc.
